At Drivetopis, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your item meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or faulty upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item or an item that does not match the description.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for non-defective returns).

To be eligible for a return, your request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software, digital products, and gift cards.
  • Items without original packaging or with missing accessories.
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective).
  • Final sale or clearance products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@drivetopis.xyz or call 910-681-3989 within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable.
  2. Return Approval – Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For buyer’s remorse returns (if you changed your mind), a restocking fee of 10% may apply, and return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when requesting a return.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Lost Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
  • Drivetopis is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments caused by the carrier.

7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
